Those of you who remember Travis from a few years ago need to know that he just earned his PHD in his field of study. His thesis was on computer simulation to test aircraft at the design stage before anything gets built.

Travis was also a member of the team that worked to set the world record of flight duration via solar cells. The RC glider had about a 19' wingspan.

Congratulations Travis. We are honoured to have been part of your life experience with model airplanes.
