I have an idea.. Temac - Website Notam board would make Article IX preflight planning easier. Then I think, all I'll need is my cell phone for every day flying. Repas-Wiloco will not be required after your first day at the field.  /m.

Could you post which specific section of Part IX speaks to this?  That will help us to understand requirements.

I believe if you look at our (soon to be approved) site map, that will give you all the needed information except for (g).

For (g), take a look around and determine the weather.

If you review our site map for layout etc. and then determine the weather is ok, I believe you'll have satisfied those parts of Part IX.
