I will be at Rogo Field on Sunday from about 11 am to about 2 pm.
Happy to help if you need a hand with a maiden or trim flight.

HOT!!, sunshine, wind however light, was down the runway.
Jan and Mike Brodey were there when I arrived. Then Noah, Simon C., Paul, Michael, David and Glenn rolled in to round out the team.
Major accomplishment: finally worked the bugs out of the Denight Special and had a great flight. The power combination was solid. No power interruption as experienced in the first 4 attempts. Thanks to Simon Chapman for his technical coaching. This plane fell from Rob Dickinson's basement and into my car about 3 years ago.
Power: just big enough. About a .50-ish motor with a 12x8 prop. Bought at the Kitchener swap meet for $20
ESC- just enough amps. No idea. It is buried...but it works.
battery- 5 S 3300
Yes, Simon flew his electric Mix-Master (heli)

Congrats on a successful flight Frank - Sorry I couldn't be there to see the Denight fly.
That really is a beauty you and Rob D. have.
