Title: Flying Sunday August 4- a beautiful day
Post by: Frank v B on August 04, 2024, 06:15:39 PM
Had some great flying today.  Members Michael, David, Paul, Mark, Peter, George, Glenn were busy tearing holes in the sky.  Today saw an unusual number of leaf blowers (jets). Mark's wife Ruth dropped by to check on our behaviour.  We passed... I think.  ;)

Photo report:

39- Peter's twin Otter- he did scale inverted flying.  Sure.
40- Michael and his Elder with Emelia Erhart in the cockpit.
41- My new AT6 prior to take-off.  An E-Flite 25 size Platinum kit.
43- George prepping his leaf blower.
47- Peter with his massively powerful P-51
49- Mark prepping his plane.
51- George's brand new jet before the maiden flight.
53- David hiding behind his Hawk.
57- Glenn at master control.

I love the scale @Frank v B replica co-pilot in the AT-6.  I have to assume that the 100% FvB has taken to 3D printing.  Can't wait to hear what FvB's spouse has to say about the AT-6, the 3D printer, and the relative merits of the 10.7% FvB vs the 100% FvB! 😎
