Here are my available kits as a next build:
Choices are:
1- T40 Firefly – 45 to 60 (glow engine) 56" wingspan.
2- 1941 Playboy Sr. – old-timer type plane.
3- Flite Test Mini Scout or Mini Vector.
4- Robbe Disco – 1.3 meter glider, 2 channels.
5- 3-meter Scooter glider "MADE IN CANADA".
6- Sig Tri-Star – Canard plane foam wings, 5 size glow.
7- Ascender – old-timer type plane.
8- Curtis Jenny – approximately 60 inches wingspan, scratch build from plans (no picture). However, would require a large number of identical ribs and ½ ribs to be cut.
I know which one(s) I would like to do next, but... What do you think should be the next one?
In the 1980s I built a Sr. Playboy, but as a cabin model instead of the pylon version; it was an option in the kit / on the plans.
It was a tedious build, and required a lot of nose weight, but was a fantastic flyer!
Build whatever brings you the most enjoyment!

The thought process about available choices are indicated below:
1- T40 Firefly – 45 to 60 (glow engine) 56" wingspan. Too big, would need a larger motor than what I currently have available and I lack space for storage.
2- 1941 Playboy Sr. – old-timer type plane. I already have a few (4) old timers ready to fly.
3- Flite Test Mini Scout or Mini Vector. Small and uses micro servos, small motors, not available in my parts inventory.
4- Robbe Disco – 1.3 meter glider, 2 channels. WINNER!! This will be using available Rx and servos (mini not micro) and will be modified to have an existing power pod mounted on the top of the wing centre section. A new build will be started soon.
5- 3-meter Scooter glider "MADE IN CANADA". Very large at 3 meters, no storage place. Difficulty in modifying it to have some form of power pop or in the nose (very narrow fuselage). Although, I love the "MADE IN CANADA" aspect.
6- Sig Tri-Star – Canard plane foam wings, 5 size glow. Pusher plane with canard, tricky build, maybe for next winter project.
7- Ascender – old-timer type plane. Needs all kinds of sticks, rather large wingspan resulting in storage issues.
8- Curtis Jenny – approximately 60 inches wingspan, scratch build from plans (no picture). However, would require a large number of identical ribs and ½ ribs to be cut. That would be nice, maybe in a few years when I can source some laser cutting of ribs.
So there you have it.
Yes
@Michael I will have fun building and modifying it. Thank you for the encouragement.
Where did you find the 8-sided coin to make all these decisions?
Any build is a good build. Happy gluing.
Frank
ps: I have the parts inventory if you wish to complete any of the other small planes. Just let me know.
