Despite the very hot weather, several dedicated (addicted to flying?) members came out to fly over the GTA heat wave,

Great to see Glenn's DC3 flying again.  I noticed you kept the landing gear down....good man!
Don't take any chances.

Always good to see Michael's DC3 flying.  They are so distinctive.  The DC-3 played a part in my childhood*.

* When I was a 5 year old kid, my mother, two siblings and I escaped Indonesia by piling onto a DC-3.  I remember the uphill climb to get to my seat. President Sukarno took independence from Holland and gave 40,000 ex-pats 24 hours to get out or face house arrest. We left with the clothes on our backs and a small carry-on bag each.  My father was kept under house arrest in Jakarta for 6 months.
