Thanks for posting the pictures.  There isn't much that can replace the elliptical wing shape of the spitfire! Warbirds hmmmm I don't have one of those YET!

I'm just reading First Light by Geoffrey Wellum and it contains the most wonderful account of flying a Spitfire for the first time. Made me want a really, really big one!

It's a lot longer road to the cockpit of a Spitfire now than it was in 1940, but there is a flyable full-size in Canada...just waiting for a certified pilot...you're young enough!
