Airbrushing questions

Hi Guys I was thinking for a while to buy a small airbrush and was wandering if I could get some tips about which one and what paint to use.
I am looking at painting over foam and ultracote.
I was considering the dual action gravity ones from ebay (link bellow).
1. Are these good enough - anything that should take in consideration.
2. Any local suppliers with reasonable prices (I am not planning to use it too much so there is no point in over spending...)
3. I am planing to use a Home Depot 6Gal compressor which has a simple regulator mounted on it - do I need a second one for fine tuning lower pressures or is it good enough.
4. What paint should I look for and from where can I buy it - I understand that the paint is mixed nut mixed with what ??

As you can see I am clueless so any advice will be appreciated,
