Since C-FDTZ died on a nose dive, I bought a new beaver TXR and I do have replacement parts for sale...

Wings, rudder, elevator, antenna cap, landing gear, floats, etc..

You may be able to repair your old one.  Hot glue and putting the foam in hot water can do wonders.....
