Check out the look on Bobby's face (top right).  ;D

I believe his friend (sorry I can't recall his name right now) was demonstrating the shock absorbency of the landing gear on his apprentice at the time.

;D

That's what training night is all about!
Takeoffs are optional. Landings are mandatory.

Actually @Michael and @thehaze   if you look more closely you will see they are waiting their turn, the TX's are not in use just being held.

your both right i believe they were watching one of the students test the durability of the planes landing gear ;)
"I'm disrespectful to dirt. Can you see that I am serious?"

Correct, at the time we were admiring the work of another student, so  I can't take credit for Bobby's face expression in the photo.
As a matter of fact Bobby was quite bored with my series of infinite circles - it turns out you can fly the Apprentice for full 20 minutes on a single battery (I discharged 3 of them last night....).

With that said, I do take credit for super-bounce gear-wrenching landing. I was trying to wake up my instructor  ;)

:P  They say a picture is worth a thousand words but interpreting it is probably more :)
