Hello all
Just wanted to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my first time out. A big thank you to everyone I met for being so helpful. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my spare batteries so my time was limited, this will not happen again.
Incidentally is it OK to leave the batteries charged until next time or should I discharge them 50%.

Many people leave them charged, but I discharge to 60% and only recharge the morning before heading to the field. There are many different opinions on this. Don't worry about it until you're more experienced, you won't ruin anything either way.
