I have been asked about the components for my newest micro quad (249gram legal to fly anywhere).
Here is the shopping list:

Hi Simon,
It does look quite good.
The components I used for mine are the best you can choose at this moment but that really doesn't mean you will see a huge difference.
I would choose the 4000 kv motor, 3300kv is better for 4" props.
For the Q-Carbon130 there is no mention of the type of camera, VTx and antenna, this is where you might see a bit of difference.
$572 CAD + shipping though!

If you want an RTF to pick up locally, you may also want to look at the Vortex 150 from Zoltan:

I know one guy that loves his but I haven't flown with him yet to see the difference with mine.
