HobbyKing Orange RX Transmitter

Looks like HobbyKing cannot sell OrangeRX Transmitter in USA.  Does this apply to Canada too?

I know most of us use Spektrum product and may not apply to us.  But I wonder, does it mean the FCC label in the OrangeRX transmitter is just a fake sticker?

Don't worry, the FCC will send this notice to them using their customer service email address. Pretty much guarantees that they will never read it...
