Message from the President.  Good morning gentleman. As of today May 6 2020, the flying field is still closed. However we are making preparations for opening the season very soon. Last Sunday I met with John Bigioni and Brian Gillion to lay out the plan for expanding the flying field. Work has begun to widen the field by 45 feet and extend the runway and the parking lot further by 100 feet. Based on the news from the government of Ontario we should be looking forward to starting our season on May 19th 2020. If outdoor recreations such as golf courses are to open any sooner, then I will change the date, but as for now, please stay safe and stay tuned for further information.
