HK Orange receivers use them or ditch them ?

-Glider are typically flown a lot further out/up that you would other models, so range is more of an issue.
-Fuselages are small and the radio compartments tend to be more tightly packed, so the regular Spektrum whiskers right at the receiver will end up too close to other equipment.
-Lots of glider do have carbon, so you need the long coax type of antennae to be able to get the active element outside the fuse.
-Glider can be expensive, so you want  something 100% reliable.
-The normal Spektrum "Smartsafe" is on ch3 only. You want failsafe on all the channels with gliders. The higher end ones do this, as do the "carbon fuselage" receivers.
   This is even more important with e-gliders, because throttle is probably not going to be on ch3. Any loss of signal could mean a full power runaway model.
