2 Batteries : Original 2000MaH 2S and a new Spektrum 4000mAh 2S
Purchased December 31, 2018

I thought I was having a problem with this TX.  3 of my planes would seem to lose signal.  Troubleshooting the problem I changed the battery first.  No change.  Then I sent the TX to Horizon in August 2021 to have them check it.  This is their report (the full report you can have):
"I have thoroughly tested your transmitter and have not found anything serious wrong with it.  It passed a range test with few Fades and no Holds whatsoever.  When measuring the output signal, the vertical antenna signal was a bit low, so I replaced the RF module with a new one.  It has increased the signal.  I did not find anything wrong that reveals any sort of loss of signal."
Then I found that the planes I was having trouble with were over-propped and causing the ESC to cut out.  Maybe that was the problem or maybe it was the RF module which has been replaced.
All this is to say that the radio is in good condition and has been serviced by Horizion.
