Flight Training Wednesday, June 28, 2023: 5:00- 7:30 pm

As usual, Wednesday training will start at 5 pm.  There is no rain in the forecast...yet.  
Hope the rain stays away.  I will be there regardless of the weather. 
If it rains, I will go to Tim's at Woodbine after being at the field at 5 pm.

Arrived at exactly 4:58 (phew!) with no-one there...except a turtle blocking the road.  Waited until it moved off.  Note that light coloured pebble on top of the turtle left of its head.  That is a slug hitching a ride.  I can imagine this slug going back to his friends going "I took the TGV here".  Speed is relative.   

Then Greg, Noah, Kenny, Colin and Philip showed up.  Callum and CJ had flights.  Noah emptied 3 batteries.  Kenny flew just below Mach 1 with his FFX racer on 6S, Philip flew his biplane. Colin flew a sub 250 gram drone by FPV.

Just before I left a rabbit showed up at the hand-launch area.

It was windy at the start but dropped significantly by 5:30.  Noah had no problems.
