Our lease for 2009 has been confirmed. I'll start accepting membership dues at the next EMFSO Winter Workshop (Nov. 12, 8:30pm). $80 for renewals, $110 for new members, for membership in both TEMAC and EMFSO.

Please consider . . .

I've been President of the club for 5 straight seasons. Technically, we have an executive, but other than flight instruction, I do basically everything (membership, banking, arranging grass cutting, arranging the funfly, maintaing the website, etc.).

I think it's time to look for new leadership. I've dedicated a lot of time, energy and enthusiasm to TEMAC, and I'm sure the club could benefit from more input from other members. There is more that can be done. I would be willing to work with the new executive and help it for a year.

If no one wants to form a new executive for 2009, I will stay on for one more year. After that, someone will have to step up to the plate to ensure the continued success of one of Canada's most innovative and vibrant RC clubs.
