Sorry Michael.
???

Let me check with the 2 that I have left.

Oh Michael's trying to deviate from the stock outline! LOL
Yea 400W/lb should about do it.. But wouldn't a nice round 500 be better?

piker

Hey Michael, you could just mount one upside down and hinge on the bottom.  That would work fine and it would make your Nooner "special"

Didn't you make your elevator one piece with balsa in the middle?

A little progress.  :)

Elevators glued together with a spacer and a flat strip of carbon fiber for extra strength glued in a shallow slot for a flush fit.

One of the elevators with my kit was incorrect so the left elevator was cut and sanded from scrap balsa.

Control horn in place but not glued.

Hey Ed where did you get that neat 4 pin plug for the two servos?

Jack.

Its a 4pin micro Deans Jack.  Makes great connection even capable of 10 amps!  Great quality/value. Come in red and black too

So Michael built his own replacement elevator half, which looks great, but I have his rejected one.  If anyone in the group build finds they have two of the same side, as Michael did, let me know.  I probably have the opposite side.

I only have a few finishing touches to complete the plane to fly it tomorrow.   Trouble is no energy.  I need motivation or one of Cadez's elves

Finish them!

I want to see at least one of them fly this weekend.

Takeoffs are optional. Landings are mandatory.
