Truly superior pilots are those who use their superior judgment to avoid those situations where they might have to use their superior skills.

And didn't John also get his park wings?  :D

And Vic solo'd too!  :)

Great night - well done to everyone.

Michael

John got his park-wings last week, but he did a lot tonight as well.

He learned to loop and roll, and he managed to take off from and land on grass with his float-equipped Carbon Cub.

Hi Mike,

Can I fly my Sensei unsupervised at Rogo?

Flight instruction for Wed June 26th will begin at 6pm. I was by the field briefly this evening and the area is wet so be careful when parking. Additionally, the mosquitoes are vicious so be warned.

Charge your batteries, inspect your models, and get ready to fly!

Mike
Takeoffs are optional. Landings are mandatory.

Hi Mike, I won't be there tomorrow evening (June 26th) because I have my elementary school graduation (HOORAY FOR GRADUATING ;D) but I should hopefully be there next Wednesday :)

Have a good time :)

Great evening of flight training and fun!

I saw lots of improvement in several students!

I second that. Perfect weather, and some really great flying.

Notable events:

John MacKenzie, Frank Tong, and Kory R all earned their park wings.

Congrats...!

(sorry Jack, no photos, one day I will learn)

And there was a car fire! (not at the club but on the road) this club has it all!

Takeoffs are optional. Landings are mandatory.

OH Yeh, I live in hope.

Don't you have a cell phone that will take some shots?
