I thought it might be useful to have a place to post items we lost/forgot at the field in case another member stumbles across it.

I'll start....
22" Japanese Zero lost in the beans today near center field about 30-40ft in.  I think.  It was hard to see after accidentally flying directly into the sun.

Unfortunately it is/was camo green.

Will keep any eye out. Generally we can stumble on them looking for other planes.

So, no-one's mentioned the "TEMAC Triangle" to you Tom?

My F22 disappeared last year completely in the beans. I also lost the pilots from a Spitfire and ME109, but they magically reappeared 7 months later.

Beans!!!  I wish that was all i had to worry about at NIPMAC.

Wow, and here I thought that the "Cow rescue" last year was extreme.

You have to admire such dedication and commitment.

And we whine when we have corn once every five years,,,sheesh!
