Its an honour to be in the list of people but I reserve my position as assistant to the assistant instructor.  I held a few radios yes but most of the time I was just holding a switch thanks to the great instructor staff of the club.
Yea 400W/lb should about do it.. But wouldn't a nice round 500 be better?
