Didn't MAAC help with this sort of land use fight in Quebec a few years ago?

Do Ontario zoning laws put TEMAC at any risk in a similar dispute? The club is (I assume) on land zoned agricultural.

I hate to say it but there are some planes flown at TEMAC that could cause noise issues with the neighbors.
And overflying the road might cause complaints. Either of which might lead to a zoning argument being used.
Even traffic in and out of the field could cause complaints.

There are lots of "fun police" out there unfortunately.

The biggest concern we have is people who ignore the rules and fly over the road.  If Someone hits a car on the road,  it will spell big trouble for the club.

Of course  we all know that the road is out of bounds,  so that should never happen.
