currently(pun intended!) I use 25 seconds of motor run.  most bursts are kept real short as its near 100C for the battery!!  That amount of time pulls just over 1100mA and ive only tortured it to about two seconds in burst and I feel terrible afterwards...  ;)
Yea 400W/lb should about do it.. But wouldn't a nice round 500 be better?

Nicely done. That landing is how I broke the tail on my enigma though. It's amazing how ineffective the elevator is at low speed, isn't it?
