How to: Add custom sound files to DX6, DX7, DX9, DX18

I am not sure whether others are aware.  For the new Spektrum DX6, DX7, DX9, DX18 – you can custom the voice command from other sound files (sidenote: Spektrum finally catch up with the Taranis on this function).

If you own one of the new Spektrum radio and you are getting bored with the voice command that comes with the radio,

Here is what you need
1)   SD card – It doesn't have to be big capacity.  I am using 128Mb right now.
2)   Spektrum Radio DX6/DX7/DX9/DX18 (sorry, won't work for the old DX4, DX5, DX6i, DX7s, DX8)
3)   A fully charge radio – you don't want it run out of battery while uploading the file to the radio
4)   A computer with Windows based operation (sorry, no MAC, no Linux.  Technically, you can but that's out of scope) and SD card slot so you can copy files to the SD card
5)   Sound file you download from the internet.  Format will be WAV file (you probably need a sound file editor to convert other format like MP3 to WAV)
6)   Or a mic. attach to your computer for recording your voice
7)   1-877-504-0233 Spetkrum support hotline.

Assumption
1)   You have create an account in Spektrum website and register your radio to them (https://www.spektrumrc.com/MyAccount/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fMyAccount%2fDefault.aspx)
2)   You have update and install the latest firmware and sound file pack to your radio.  (You will find them after you did step 1)

Begin
1)   Goto Spektrum website and download the audio editor tool. (http://spektrumrc.cachefly.net/apps/spektrum_audio_editor.html)

2)   Install the audio editor tool
3)   Go thru the tutorial so you are familiar with the tool

4)   Record the sound file or import the sound file (WAV format)

5)   Save it the computer (Spektrum Sound file format)

6)   Copy the Spektrum Sound file to the SD card.  NOTE: Make sure you use Eject to safely remove the SD card.  DO NOT just pull the SD card out from the computer.

7)   Place the SD card to the radio (DX6/DX7 – locates underneath of the radio, DX9/DX18 – locates on the side)
   Power on the radio – goto the System Setup | Transfer SD card | Import Sound file | select the file name; Wait til transfer is complete

9)   Goto Custom voice events; pick the sound you upload earlier
