Wow!  A lot of work, and a lot of great stuff.  Thanks for doing this for Mary, and for us!

I can't wait.  It'll be fun!... and I already know what I'll be going for... as a start!

Did I tell you about the Presidential Preference rule?

Simon,

re: "Did I tell you about the Presidential Preference rule?"

You got it already.  The first peek.  That's it.  Now get out your money and compete with us.   8)

re: Piker's "...and I already know what I'll be going for."  Piker is going for Jack's indecisive plane.  The Mentor with floats on the bottom and wheels on top.  That plane reveals a lot about Jack's character.  That man was possessed and we loved him that way. :D

Kidding aside, nobody will have any advantage over anyone at the auction.

We will have fun, but the auction will be professional and fair.

Michael,

re:"but the auction will be professional and fair."

..and that's why you're in charge!  Nothing but professional.

Don't mind the peanut gallery containing the usual TEMAC troublemakers. :D

To say nothing of the possessed photographer! 8)

It took 2 Sunday mornings for Simon and I to bring the stuff from Jack's basement to the auction gallery.

It took the five of us (Andy, Simon, Graham, Greg and I) about 3 hours to do the work.

It then took more time for Andy and I to prepare the typed text, photos and to post on the website.

The rest depends on the goodwill and competitiveness of the members, and the performance of the charismatic auctioneer!

Lot 42 had a Gasser balsa pylon racer. Is that one gone? Being an old timer weirdo that's the one I was interested in.
Thanks,    Eric

We didn't know that that aeroplane was Greg Cadez's. Sorry Eric.
