I really enjoyed the presentation...but we never discussed if there were really UFO's spotted on that mission, you touched on it quickly (re:ice) but a lot of photos out there...over and out.

Ben - it was a wonderful presentation.  I was delighted that, while you were presenting, apart from the usual comments and jokes, the room was silent.  You had everyone's complete attention.

It's so wonderful to be able to see your passion and application of skill and drive, in pursuing a goal.  I'm sure that this is something in common with everyone who has a hobby.  It's certainly part of the kinship that I feel with members of TEMAC.

And the subject is amazing.  I think we all have a slight science or engineering bias owing to the nature of our hobby, and aviation is a very close relative, in my opinion, to space travel - so who wouldn't love a talk about spacemen and rockets!

Andy, we were too polite. We'll fix that for the next meeting.

re: Andre's comment of the crooked wing rib on my plane.  Yes I knew it, no it doesn't matter, no I won't fix it, it will not affect flight and it passes the 50/50 test ("if you can't see the mistake from a 50 foot distance at 50mph it doesn't matter.")

I have determined The crooked rib was caused by the repair gnome who usually repairs my airplanes when they sit in a corner and starts to re-build them.  He had one too many and started to mess around with my work.
