Last year Stephan Hagens @Crazyflyer won crash of the year, for wrecking his brother's E-Flite Yak on Skills Challenge day.

Please submit your nominations for crash of the year 2016 below.  I know we had a few.....

Crazyflyer

I will nominate our illustrious president @sihinch , he has had a few doozies!!
But there are plenty of you!!
Maybe my own brother @Eric Adventurer ???

Eric Adventurer

Dear Stephan @Crazyflyer AKA CrashMagnet in other communities (I am still waiting for you to change your handle here),
Wishful thinking but I think this is the first time someone will be receiving this award 2 years in a row (If it's aloud).
Let's recount the skills challenge, shall we? (The very same challenge at the same event a year later) You crash the same model plane the very same way going the opposite direction.
Now that takes skills! Kudos to you brother. There is no way I could have done that no matter how much practice I got with an unlimited supply of planes.
@sihinch, do we have a picture of both crashed to put side by side to compare?
Congratulations brother  ;)

Michael

Sadly, it looks like I won't be winning this contest this year.  ;D

Michael,

We are competing with so much talent in one family.  The Hagens family have probably been crashing for 3 generations.  It must be genetic. ;D

Frank, I think we should give a lifetime crash achievement award to someone who has been crashing for more than 20 years!! ;)
