Milton/Oakville Swap Meet next week Sunday

Come join us!  I will be going to the Oakville/Milton Swap meet again the year.  It is next week Sunday Feb 5.  Fred Messacar and I are meeting at 8:15 am at the Tim's on Hiway 25 (Bronte Road) just south of the QEW at the base of the white hotel just after the QEW underpass.  This is 2 minutes from the venue at 785 Pacific Avenue Units 13 and 14 (same place as last fall's Zone Meeting).  Start time is 9 am.  The meet is small (similar to Kitchener) but every year I have managed to get a good deal on something.  Well worth the trip on the day of rest in the middle of "white stuff" season.

Just got back from the swap meet.  Again, worth the trip. 
Bought an Electrifly Power Meter (NIB) for $10 ($62.99 plus tax at GreatHobbies) and have offered it to Rob D. to replace the one that ran out of his flight box last summer.*  ,  3 rolls of Monokote covering still fully sealed for $10 each (close to $25 in store incl. taxes), a Futaba TX and RX charger for $1 to keep my 8-tracks going and some more small stuff.

One day closer to spring!
