There will be instruction tomorrow from 5 until about 7.  The sun is setting earlier every day.
Students have priority but any Temac member can drop by to fly.

I will be there regardless of the weather.  Other instructors can make their own decisions.

Wow!  Weirdest day ever.

Bumpy winds, hot as heck at 4 pm.  At 5:30 the skies started getting dark, rain drops fell, then it rained buckets for 15 minutes.  When we tried to set up again it started raining again for 5 minutes.  Then a rainbow, then a beautiful evening for flying.  It cooled down a lot so it was bearable.  The winds smoothed out.

Problem- after the rain, 4 students stayed or came (Bill, Jeff, Amir, Alex), the other instructor left.  It was up to Mark to prep planes and yours truly took students up for 5 minutes each. 4 students flew a total of 3-4 flights each.  Flying conditions were very good.

Thanks to Mark and Paul for prepping planes/transmitters and Colin for solving Amir's TX problems...twice and George for instructing until the skies opened up.

Photo report:
98- Andy's power glider pilot is getting tougher
00- Hat Head Hoffer.  No comment. ;)
08- Mark and Alex
11- I did not know we were supposed to wear green shirts today.  Colin helping Amir.

Photo 06- Proof of a weird day- a rainbow showed up when the rain stopped.

Lost a pilot in the weeds/feed east of the field; 30 feet or so east at about the mid point of the runway.
Answers to the name Waldo, wears black, sports a bushy moustache and googles and has one silver coloured spring-loaded arm.
A 30 minute search today was fruitless.   :-[
