Yup, wanted to go up late this evening and maybe squeeze in an hour, but then got a less than stellar weather report from a Stouffville resident.

Might try again tomorrow, apparently the morning and early afternoon look ok.

I too will be watching for tomorrow..  hopefully there is a break at some point

What??? It's to to build/modify/over-power something, when it's raining!

I've fixed 2 planes this week - PZ Corsair and GWS ME109, both ready to re-maiden! (And contrary to what I said above, I down-rated the power system in the 109!!!!)

Rain works for me! My supercub has risen from the ashes (literally). Ready to roll with new float mounts.

Conformal coating arrives tomorrow and batteries from HK hopefully later this week.

Good stuff, Ben, we are planning on going for wings tomorrow night... I will bring the floats for the Mini mag if you can make it.

Might be tough to make it up to hwy 7 from downtown during rush hour. I'll see if I can get the car tomorrow. Thanks for the invite though!

    Ben,

Glad to hear the cub is repaired!
Where did you get the conformal coating?

Active Electronics. Dave Edwards told me about the place. I finally bought a decent soldering iron too. Shipped quickly.

It's this stuff you want:
