Yea 400W/lb should about do it.. But wouldn't a nice round 500 be better?

You are finally starting to make some sense.  Did you take some remedial English on your recent visit to the east coast?
Sure looks like you spent part of your schooling in some Scandinavian country. Even Dutch makes more sense than that. ;D
