The TEMAC funfly, this weekend (Sunday, Aug. 31, 2008) will have open electric fun flying (no flying contests), free "pizza + pop" lunch, raffles, live auction, and awards.

I would appreciate help with the following:

1. We need about 100 canned soft drinks (pop: Coke, Diet coke, 7-Up, etc., and water bottles) brought to the field in 2 coolers with ice. Full reimbursement for all costs.

2. We will need about 4 or 5 large garbage bags, and most important, volunteers able to take them away at the end of the day.

3. We will need 2 or three people to show up early to put up banners, set up tables, and help with parking. We also need some help selling raffle tickets and with registration.
