It's going to be hot but if the thunder showers hold off the conditions look good for flying. Who's going out to TEMAC tonight?

Michael

Too hot for me. Sorry.

I think I will try to head out but it will probably be at 7 or so. Have to go home first.

I might try to maiden my Gee Bee if the wind stays good.

I was out last night but maaan it was hot. It makes a noticeable difference in how the planes fly with the heavier air. Everything feels slower and underpowered.

I'll be there around 6. A Hat, and some water is a must. But seeing as it will be well into the evening it should be ok. Having a job that makes you be outside for long periods in this type of weather has helped me tolerate this stuff a little better.

I spent the whole winter waiting for summer. So I'm going to make the most of it.

Its not one of those crazy R1's/2's/Z's though, so its not that exciting [:p]
I dont think I could fly one of those suckers.

I just found out that I may or may not be there... have to talk to a car dealer tonight. See you guys if I get out in a reasonable time.

Michael

Very nice airplane.

I can't make it tonight, so I hope I'll see it another time.

Wow was it a hot one out there tonight!

Even so, it was a good night with a small group of pilots out to enjoy, apart from the heat, a very nice night for flying. Clair also introduced a potential new member to the club, even though we warned him it would be cheaper for him to just get in his car and leave before he got hooked.

Frank, too bad you could not make it. Would have liked to see the new plane.
