As a witness to Roberts maiden I can confirm that his flight was a quick one.

Takeoffs are optional. Landings are mandatory.

Too quick for Greg's camera EH!

We need a better photographer to catch Rob's plane..... Andy or Simon might have had a chance  ;D

Yes!  The launch was great, the roll rate was impressive, and the landing, well...  firm.  Repairs are well underway  ;D

I finally finished up my Naked Nooner. B41 (chosen by my 9-year-old daughter - my name and my age).

Will maiden once the hurricane dies down.

I was on the fence when you said it would be naked but now that I've seen the results I like it!

Everybody knows the best way to enjoy a nooner is with wood...
Yea 400W/lb should about do it.. But wouldn't a nice round 500 be better?

I think B41 looks fabulous naked!

Finally finished mine!  Ordered the ARC for the practice since I've never ever covered a plane or even a part of a plane before (I've glassed planes but never heat shrink covering) and am pretty pleased with how it turned out considering my lack of experience.  Fuse needs to be touched up but other than that she's ready to go.

Beautfiul job Colin!  Good inspiration for my still-in-progress ARC.

Wow Colin intends to go VERY fast!  He even has fairings on his aileron servo pushrods!

With the variety of the look of the planes identification should be easier than I predicted at the beginning. We need a pre season group photo.

Thanks Andy! Yeah Ed ... my servos stuck out a bit too much for my liking and I had some extra servo covers so voila!

The servo & aileron horn / pushrod covers should also help avoid servo gear damage from the occasional white hot landing!! :)

I tend to make all my landings prop first. Saves the servos.

Note to self... buy more props.  ::)
