I'm having a wonderful day so far.

I took the day off work.
I got a colonoscopy.
I had some breakfast.
I had some chocolate birthday cake.
I'm working on a model airplane.
... and tonight I'm going out for dinner with my grandchildren.

Relaxation, intimacy, food, hobby and family.

Does it get any better?
