Vintage Speed 400 pylon racer 31.5" span- free to a good home

Free to a good home- a vintage pylon racer.  The fuse is fibreglass.  The wing appears to be balsa covered foam.

It needs work on the wing hold-down. I adjusted it to take a Nooner wing but never flew it.  The canopy is missing.

It was given to me by a member about 15 years ago.  He gave it free so I am just passing it on.

Great looking plane @Frank v B ; however, it only turns left and goes too fast for my reflexes. 
A "Nooner wing" .... must be what the young kids call it these days...

Nice plane,  I don't see my name on it. But I would like to give it a home for the winter and a motor and few servos. may be it can fly next year free in the skies.
