To make you feel better that you did not get it. 
This model came out in about 1990 in the .40, 50" span IC version and was a killer to fly (small plane).  Ken Wilton built one in the early '90's (black fuse, yellow wings) and I was there for the maiden flight.
This is a smaller electric version and would probably need a gyro .....or a very capable 3-D pilot.....to fly smoothly. ;D

Worth the balsa for the $45.00   ;)
